After working across multiple industries, Dennis felt a clear calling to write. Since retiring, he has devoted himself to this passion, weaving together faith, storytelling, and teaching. Out of this journey, he founded Plain Truth Ministry, a space dedicated to sharing God’s Word through writing and media. Each week, he produces a short video series called Friday In The Word, available on Facebook, LinkedIn, and his website. These five-minute reflections are designed to encourage, inspire, and keep God’s truth at the center of daily life.
He has self-published two books through Xulon Press, with more projects currently in progress:

Beyond writing, his life is deeply rooted in family. Dennis and his wife consider it a blessing to care for his mother-in-law, who lives with Alzheimer’s and dementia, and they take joy in seeing their three grown children thriving in their own lives.
His ongoing goal is to continue writing, sharing, and finding new ways to reach readers with messages of faith and encouragement. He believes God has blessed him with both the ability to write and the heart to share, and he remains committed to using those gifts to serve others.
